There is a hint as to what to do with the poster, from the card slot machine. I feel as though it was ment to be more of a community effort, and before the answer was datamined, there was a huge effort by the community to discover the answer. I agree it would have been incredibly hard to get as one person, without the internet. The Credit Card is a special card. Using the Credit Card in a Shop instantly removes the cost of all items in that shop, allowing Isaac to take all of them for free. Using the Credit Card in a Devil Room or Black Market allows Isaac to take all the items without any health cost. Taking Devil Room items with the Credit Card does not prevent Angel Rooms from appearing. Free items will remain.

Coins serve as the currency for Shops, the payment for the Donation Machine in Shops, and payment for the Slot Machines, Fortune Telling Machines, Shell Game, Beggars, and Restock Machines. They are also consumed to use a few activated items (most notably and ). Keeper can also pick up coins to refill his health.

- Unlocking Sticky Nickels doesn't reduce the spawn rate of regular Nickels; rather, Pennies have an additional chance to become Sticky Nickels.

- Upon use, consumes 1 coin and has a chance to drop a random pickup, like a Slot Machine.
- Unlike a Slot Machine, the default reaction to using a bad pill will occur if the Portable Slot grants nothing.
